Aevy Supports the Regulation of Data Protection
Information about you – your data – is yours.
Some selected pieces that you have chosen to share about yourself, such as what you work with, your skills and interests, and how you can best be reached, we gather and use to match your with new job opportunities.
Matching candidates with companies is what we do and we only get paid when we do it well. Therefore, it is in our interest as a business that we have your authorization to do gather and share certain information about you.
From May 25 a new data protection regulation, called GDPR, is in effect in the EU. Organizations in the EU and outside that process personal data of EU citizens are required to comply with the new law. GDPR updates and harmonizes the framework for processing personal data of EU citizens, which means new rights for individuals like you and new obligations for organizations like Aevy.
Aevy’s commitment to GDPR
Aevy fully supports the regulating of how organizations process personal data. We, the team at Aevy, have prepared for a long time to comply with GDPR, and we have brought extensive assistance from our advisors and experts to ensure that we do everything in our powers to not only comply, but make our compliance as easy as possible to understand and follow. We have made both necessary and not-so-necessary updates to our products, contracts and policies to comply with GDPR. And we continue to monitor the development of how the new law is being used and what, potential, additional changes we will have to make.
Aevy is commited to always comply with GDPR and with any other applicable similar data protection regulation, and will always strive to beat expectations on how we process your data. If you think we are not doing a good enough job, we want to know. Please tell us with an email to [email protected] or a regular mail to Slupskjulsvägen 30, 111 49, Stockholm, Sweden.
